It shows how your Ukrainian university and diploma are rated in Germany, and ZAB and other bodies rely on these entries. The exact status depends on the institution and year of graduation, so the final assessment comes from the competent authority, not the database itself.
ZAB: Statement of Comparability for non-regulated professions
